Blushy is not a doctor, and not a contraceptive method. It is a wellness and cycle tracking tool, not a medical device, diagnostic tool or licensed healthcare provider.
By using Blushy you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
When using Docsy and partner mode, you agree not to send content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory or discriminatory; not to send spam or unauthorised advertising; not to upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security; not to impersonate anyone; and not to share explicit, non-consensual or unlawful media. Breaches may lead to content removal, suspension or termination.
Docsy is an automated assistant, not a therapist, psychologist or doctor. Its answers come from general-purpose AI models run by third parties, are not reviewed by any person before you see them, and may be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as a starting point, never a final answer.
The Blushy software, design and branding belong to Blushy Healthcare Private Limited. You keep ownership of the logs, notes and messages you create.
You may stop using Blushy and delete your account at any time, in the app or through the deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used for fraudulent, harmful or illegal activity.
Blushy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including data loss or reliance on predictions or AI responses. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Delhi, India.
